What level of funding do you provide?
We fund all of our Customers at 100%. This breaks down into funding for payroll, HMRC liabilities, VAT, holiday pay accrual (Working Time Directive) and of course your weekly margin paid every Friday.
When does my margin get paid?
We pay you your profit margin every Friday - simple.
Beware, as some providers will charge you extra to receive your margin on a Friday (£25 CHAPs fee) and other will "release" your margin on a Friday, meaning no funds until Tuesday.
No tricks with us. Your margin is in your account Friday.
Do you cap the level of funding available to me?
No way.
We want you to be successful and grow as quickly, or slowly, as you like. As long as we can get the Credit on your Clients and you send in signed timesheets, we will fund 1, 100 even 1000 workers.
Who is responsible for Tax and National Insurance?
We will set you up with your own PAYE reference scheme, so all payments are made under your reference number. This means you can claim back any SMP or SSP payments you may make to your workers.
We administer it for you, so you can focus on growing the business.
And Holiday Pay?
Some providers will tell you they hold back the holiday pay element to stop you spending it, when really it benefits their own cash flow.
We treat you like adults and will release the Holiday Pay entitlement to you every week in your Margin, or make payment weekly with a separate entry showing on the wage slip.
We suggest you put aside the equivalent amount of funds in separate "Holiday Pay" bank account ready for when workers request it. You will find all the figures you need for this on your very own online payroll management system, which we give you FREE.
Paying holiday pay is easy. We'll show you how when we provide our personal induction for you.
What about VAT?
1 in 2 businesses will go bust in their first two years, so we won't let you spend your VAT money before it is due and become one of them.
On a weekly basis we will calculate how much VAT needs to be covered, and then one week before your VAT return is due, we release it with your Margin so you can make your return.
All the back-up documentation is provided by email, so you know exactly how we got to the figures.
What happens if my Client goes bust?
We provide Credit Insurance as standard, so you are protected. No extra cost and no charges for Credit Checks either.
All you have to do is stay within the Credit Limits issued to each Client, and your business risk is reduced by 90%, because we claim back from our insurer.
Be careful, some providers charge extra for Credit Insurance, even charge for Credit Checks! Also, always ask what the excess is on their insurance policy. Some have excesses of £5,000 and this could seriously reduce your annual profits!
Who can I contact if I have a query?
You will have a dedicated back office team which includes payroll and credit control that will look after your account day to day, supported by our Operations Director for any out of the ordinary questions.
Everyone in our team is available to help and deal with your questions, if not to answer them personally, direct them to the right person who can resolve any small queries that arise.
What training do I get?
We provide the most comprehensive induction training in the industry.
Once you have joined us, we'll arrange for either a personal visit or live "go to meeting" session online and on the phone from our Operations Director. The aim is to meet with you, understand your business more and provide clear concise training in how to operate our systems effectively.
The way we see it is, the less time you spend trying to work out complex procedures, the more time you get to focus on selling and growing your business!
Our 3 month Quality Guarantee
We are so confident in the level of service we will provide to you, we give you a "3 month Quality Guarantee". No one else we know gives this type of promise.
If we fail to comply with our contracted obligations, you can terminate this agreement by 7 days written notice without any financial penalty within the first 3 months. (conditions apply)

What reporting information to I get?
We provide the most comprehensive reporting package you could wish for. You won't be wasting time working out Holiday Pay or Gross Margin figures, you'll be selling.
Full training is provided, as explained above, its web based, available 24/ 7 and totally FREE.
Our online payroll management system enables you to easily provide us with payroll information to pay your workers, weekly trading statistics and live debtor reports and the functionality to upload your timesheets to us too!
Can you pay all types of workers?
Yes we can.
Whether they be PAYE, Ltd Company Contractors, VAT registered or using an Umbrella Company, we'll pay them and fund you at 100%.

Do you have additional interest charges?
No we don't. We don't believe they are fair.
Do you have up front set-up charges?
No we don't. We don't believe they are fair.
Do you have additional Credit Check charges?
No we don't. We don't believe they are fair.
Do you have minimum monthly charges?
No we don't. We don't believe they are fair.
So how do you charge me?
We operate by charging a fixed percentage of your NET weekly sales (before VAT) Be careful, because most providers will charge on the GROSS weekly sale making them 20% more expensive (when VAT goes up in January 2011)
It's like a "pay as you go" mobile phone, we only charge when you are making money - simple.
The fee is tiered, so it comes down as your business levels go up. There are so many variable factors to what the fee might be, like sector, turnover levels and average timesheet values, that we would need to talk to you before providing a personal quotation.

Invoices are raised by us, matched and sent out to your Clients. You can download these too if you need to!
Reduced RiskInvoices and wage slips all carry your personal brand, because we know this is important to you. You'll be signing terms and conditions using your own brand, handing out wage slips with your brand on, so your invoices and wage slips should carry it too. (*not applicable for construction start-up agencies) Your brand is even reinforced when we chase your invoices, as we call on your behalf.
Comprehensive Online ReportingYou will want to know you are protected as much as possible when you start trading. Cash Simply has you covered.
Credit insurance is part of the package, protecting you against Clients going bust, and reduces your business risk by 90%.
